Tonight I am enjoying a silky french double cream brie, courtesy of Trader Joe's. Courtesy due to the fact that I have been promoted to Grosse Pointe's new Cheesemonger! I am now responsible for all orders in the fromage department. Finally my brother, a fanatic of anything that comes out of an utter, and I have something in common!
